Applications for the School of Human Sciences, Dr Margaret Loman-Hall Scholarships open during the honours application period from October through to January.

Applications from prospective honours students are invited.

Scholarships are funded by a bequest from Dr Margaret Loman-Hall. The purpose of the scholarship is to assist and encourage students who undertake a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Anatomy, Physiology and Human Biology at The University of Western Australia.

Each Scholarship is valued at $7,500 and comprises:

  • $6000 during the honours enrolment as a stipend
  • $1500 during the honours enrolment as a research costs allowance

To be eligible for a Dr Loman-Hall Scholarship applicants must:

  • Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia
  • Enrol in a Bachelor of Science (Honours) program in the School of Human Sciences

Application process

Complete one of the application forms below and submit together with:

  • an academic reference
  • a completed Anatomy, Physiology and Human Biology honours application form

to the Academic Services Team Leader of the School of Human Sciences.

Loman-Hall applications for Honours students commencing Semester 1, 2019 are now open and close 1 February, 2019.

Students need to apply for honours separately.
