Sexuality is a central aspect of being human and is deeply personal. Understanding your sexuality and how you want to express it or share it with others can take time and may change throughout your life.

Everyone's sexuality is different and only you can decide how or whether you want to be sexual. It's up to you how you want to express yourself - you deserve to be you!

Your sexuality and the way you express your sexuality can be influenced by many factors, such as:

  • Who you are attracted to
  • Your biological sex
  • Your gender identity and gender roles
  • Religion, spirituality, culture and the law
  • Your thoughts, desires and fantasies
  • How you like to be intimate
  • Having children

No one should be harassed or discriminated against for their sexual orientation, gender identity or sexual preferences.

Here we have information on different aspects of sexuality, sexual exploration, information for those who are same-sex attracted and services if you want some extra info or support.
