Complaint submission form

Further information

Community complaintsStudent complaintsStaff grievances and complaints

Where possible and appropriate, a person should attempt to resolve their concerns directly with the respondent or with a staff member at the local-level prior to making a complaint to the Complaint Resolution Unit (CRU).

If you are unsure where to submit your complaint in the first instance, please submit it to the CRU and we will refer it to the appropriate staff member or area of the University for resolution.

If you wish to make a disclosure of public interest information, do not complete this form. Refer to the University Policy on: Public Interest Disclosures for more information.

While we do accept anonymous complaints, we will need to be provided with sufficient information in order to consider it and we will normally only investigate if the complaint raises a serious matter. Refer to the Anonymous complaints and disclosures page for more information.

If you are lodging this complaint on behalf of someone else, we may seek authority to act from that person.
